oil is produced, samples are taken from specific olive mills which respect our high standards of quality, they are passing a tasting analysis and a chemical analysis on a laboratory
recognized by the International Olive Oil Council and one of the most exceptional olive oil in the world is ending on our factory.
Our extra virgin olive oil is first cold pressed. It is coming from koroneiki variety olive trees, characterized from the International Council of Olive Oil as “variety of universal heritage”.

Its acidity level does not exceed 0.4%!

It is disposable under two brand names, KALLISTO and our new brand name PHAETHON.
